Please explain. The poster suggested that the NCAA was manipulated by the media into closing the tourney to fans. All the while, the WHO has declared a pandemic and other countries have essentially shut down.
My point being: if much of the world is taking its response seriously (like the NCAA), it too must be a pawn to the, presumably American, media, as the OP suggested.

FYI: Italy, the country in a far away land known as Europe (at least according to the lying, thieving, evil empire known as "THE MEDIA") is shut down. All sixty million people--if those numbers can be believed (I didn't count them myself)--are under quarantine. The only businesses open are pharmacies and food stores. All sports have been canceled for the foreseeable future. The World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control, the United Nations and, of course, THE MEDIA should be ashamed of themselves. Shutting down entire countries? C'mon, man.
And now they're calling this a "pandemic"? What the heck are they trying to do--scare everyone to death before they can even contract this alleged "virus."

BTW: The flu, even though it comes in various strains, has vaccines that can prevent it, and there are long-standing protocols for treating it. This new virus is NOT a strain of the flu. Or so we're told . . . yep, by THE MEDIA . . . so there is no vaccine and no protocol for treatment.
I just wish THE MEDIA would stop it already and leave Italy, China, Iran, and the 97 other countries that have reported cases of this new virus alone. I mean, can't they get their clicks by telling us more about the Kardashians or something actually important?
