No way Joe W leaves...

Did he get broken up with or something?
I think it's mainly a "head" issue. He'll be fine. However, when he does pull out of this slump, I hope he does it before the NCAA's. He'll really be guarded tight. The good news is that once he and Luka get away from the BIG, defenders won't be able to grab and push the way the BIG zebras allow. Just my humble opinion.

And, just to mention another little thing. Nut-punching will not be allowed either.

I’m wondering if he might leave for another team . Like Moss to Kansas . Worked out well for Moss . If he went to Kansas or Duke , he wouldn’t have to be “the man” . And , you know , their coaches have been kind of successful .
I hope he doesn’t leave, but if I were Joe, I would consider it .

Moss's left because of playing time. Joe plays a lot but his shooting has become a struggle. If he's unable to shoot from the outside, I'm not sure a Kansas or Duke has any need for him.

I dont think Joe leaves, but people need to stop thinking that development stops once you leave college. NBA rarely draft seniors anymore. They will rather draft you early and develop you on their own. All it takes is one team wanting him.

NBA never drafts sophomores who don't have vastly superior athleticism or through-the-roof skills. Joe has neither right now. He's not getting drafted this year. Cassius Winston and Kaleb Wesson, both seniors, are projected to be 2nd round draft picks from multiple online sources. Joe W. is nowhere to be found on ANY draft board. He's not even in the top 30 of potential undrafted free agents for this year or 2021.

Luka Garza wasn't on any draft boards before this season, either, but he's now popping up in the mid-to-late 2nd round on some boards for 2021 (not 2020). Luka played his way into the discussion and Joe W. is going to have to do the same to have even a remote shot at going pro. He's not going anywhere this year. No NBA team wants him this year. At this point, I'm more concerned with whether he can get back to being a decent college basketball player for the BTT and NCAAs.

Troll. Moss left because he saw PT as a Senior was going to be diminished on a team that had a kid named CJF. He also thought Iowa was going to suck. Joe will be on a top 15 team next year as a Junior with ample PT.

Not a troll .

Actually , I am from Muscatine and related to Joe .

Joe needs to assess where he can best showcase his skills to the NBA . And coaching is key . So is not having a center who has to have the ball first .

Don't know if anyone has listened to the latest podcast here, but I listened last night. Tom and Matt address the Weezy concerns about him leaving.

A good listen.
