EJ Liddell is #1Someone that's played real competition?![]()
Are you referring to Akron, Niagara and Bowling Green?Someone that's played real competition?![]()
That Akron was a tough out bud!Are you referring to Akron, Niagara and Bowling Green?
100% just fun to see and our 3 game sample size was off the charts for him.I think it's way too early for NPOY at this point. Keegan is special. That's not in question at all. But in order for him to earn major awards, the team is going to have success. I think Keegan is First Team all Big Ten. Depending on where Iowa finishes he has a shot at Big POY. But usually you have to be on a high level ranked team for any major awards. Realistic expectations for this team are likely middle of the BIG finish and at large NCAA bid or NIT bid. Then next year with most everyone returning probably upper tier BIG finish.
It's way too early for anything and everything, but a guys gotta make that $$$. Isn't that what school sports are about?I think it's way too early for NPOY at this point. Keegan is special. Good to see. Keegan at #2, 2 spots in front of NPOY frontrunner Timme.
I don’t understand. I thought Drew Timme was the 2nd coming?
Not sure how they compute it but Jabari Smith is putting up numbers with Auburn. 15/8/2.5/3.5/1.5 in only 25 mpgNo diaper dandies?
4 of top 5 in b1g?
Timme will be embarrassed in the NBA if he makes it there, IMO.
I don’t know about that. Garza two years ago finished second, (should have won) and they were 20-11, 11-9 in the big 10. Pretty sure if Keegan continues to put up these numbers, people will notice.I think it's way too early for NPOY at this point. Keegan is special. That's not in question at all. FIFY.Wow. Fran was a nerdy looking dude back in the day. Things don't change much.
Iowa and Keegan > other teams including the 96 BullsIs this watch any different then the one Hawk fans had for the football team getting in the National Championship after the first 6 games of the season....how'd that work out....it's a long season and lot's of pitfalls, but like most of you, I like what I see so far. Just want to see Iowa win against a team with a heartbeat and Keegan produce the same numbers before I predict such nonsense.
He moves well and has nice touch for how big he is.Zach Edey? Please. He's 7-4, 300 pounds but those are about his only attributes. His "skills" are pretty limited. Seriously, if you were good at basketball and had that kind of size, wouldn't you be scoring 40 or 50 points a game, hauling in 20 or more rebounds, and totally dominating everybody all the time?
Zach Edey is a huge human being, and that's about it, IMHO.
Well, he does make 71% of his one foot shots, so there's that!He moves well and has nice touch for how big he is.
