Well we play both of these teams iirc so if you like to do some scouting it is a good way to feel how well we will do against them.
Looks like jNW lost that really good running back which was most of last two years offense. the Rutgers QB looks to throw a good ball and is a decent runner.
Northwestern game needs to be circled for 40 points from the offense and 21 for the defense, for 25 points to be in play for the season!

Well, now we know why Brian isn't worried. He just needs to hang 80 points on Northwestern and that should make the season average high enough to keep his job. So, instead of "I hope those boys are ok over there" it will be, "Sorry, I had to meet my point quota for the season!".

Yes. As much as I respect Fitz, this is still his team. The new DC/interim HC actually fixed the schematic problems of the last few years. But NU has absolutely soft and terrible lines on both sides. The DT position in particular is atrocious. The ‘Cats have two walk-ons and two nondescript transfers in the DT rotation. This team would be no better with Fitz. Oof.

That being said Rutgers showed some progress yesterday, especially Wimsatt the QB. Our first TD of the game actually ended up being Sports Centers #1 top 10 of the day

That was an impressive catch. I put it just behind the Minnesota guy’s toe drag for the catch of the weekend.
