I play it on my iPhone and link to the NYT site. We're trying to figure out if we're all linking to the same site or if perhaps it has to do with the time of day we're playing it.

Interesting. I have a bunch of friends who play.. Thinking we all are playing the same game. I know my wifey (no pics unless you know me on the bookface) and I are playing the same game.
