This is one of those threads that have aged really well. Angel Rivera will always be a poor official who looks to insert himself into places and positions he doesn’t belong.
For you old duffers like me... please recall Mr. Fred Ambrose of the 20th century. MeMeMeMeMeMeMe.......This is one of those threads that have aged really well. Angel Rivera will always be a poor official who looks to insert himself into places and positions he doesn’t belong.
I have never posted before to be critical of an official, but he is the worst official in the Big 10. Totally inconsistent. The fact that there were no stall calls against Sasso is a joke in that match. I do believe he has a bias toward Iowa and someone should intervene. He is paid a paycheck to do a job, so he should be held accountable for doing it poorly.
what is this guys deal with Iowa? Seems like he enjoys being involved in controversies involving calls or no calls with the Hawks. He was the lead official in the Clark/Tomosello Big Ten Final and also the Meyer match last night. You could hear Terry say to Meyer "he wants to take this from you" after Preisch ran off the mat into the scorers table trying to avoid the takedown and fleeing was not called.
If hes the ref this week PSU will win.If he's the ref on Saturday night at Nationals, we're screwed.
I spent two hours yesterday trying to remember and look up this guys name. I just picture him holding tight on the champs arm until he was sure everyone in the arena saw the great Ambrose,. What a putz, you nailed it.For you old duffers like me... please recall Mr. Fred Ambrose of the 20th century. MeMeMeMeMeMeMe.......
Angel is Ambrose 2.0.
