We always used to have game prediction threads in the past....I'm surprised no one started one this year.

Well, someone had to do it and apparently it has fallen on me. You knuckleheads are going to be sorry, because every time I start a game related thread they lose.

Since the Hawk's fate is now sealed, I'll say:
ISU 20
IOWA 10

I suggest somebody else start the prediction thread next week. 😛

Is there any validity to the idea zone blocking scheme is no longer viable regardless of the OLine personnel and coaching?

Iowa State is not very good. This game will show how good or mediocre Iowa is this year.

My guess is something like 27-7 Iowa.

Been saying that for a few years now… it’s clearly not working for inside running at least. But it won’t change this year

No Campbell. No Benson. No Van Ness. No Shannon.
Scheelhasse spreads out our D and no answer for Abu Sama. I do think Iowa’s D will be good by the end of the year though.

31-13 ISU.

This is ISU, not OSU and you're selling the D way short. They'll be lucky to score a touchdown.
