Garza needs some calls from refs. He can score at will on the backups, but Dickinson is too long and knows

It's not about one half. It's about how his game translates to the NBA. I love his heart and work ethic, though.
Garza needs to recognize what is happening and kick it out. Pull Dickinson out of the paint and play pick and pop. He isn't going to win that 1:1 battle being so methodical trying to make 2-3 moves.

Iowa has been playing much better D lately. I hope it carries over to the tournament.
While I don't want to watch the refs blow 5000 whistles, that is on them. They "let them play" for most of the 1st half, but I bet you about anything the game will be called much tighter in the 2nd half.

That was why it was so damn physical. Refs swallowing whistles all half. I can hardly wait for the NCAAs when we'll get officials who actually know the game of basketball.

I agree. Players will essentially have to adjust to what will be a new ref crew. B1G refs are a mess. Especially with lil Larry in the builidng.
But the officials have it out for Iowa, so that foul should not have been called....... seriously I would hate to watch a game live with a lot of the fans on here, it's amazing how much whining about the refs people do on here.
