I couldn't agree more. Two average teams playing badly - and in the NBA finals.
As an aside, didn't B.J. Armstrong use to wear a mouth guard and chew on it just like Curry? I know I've seen the mouth-piece schtick before.
I've been saying all thread that golden state was a fraud, but some posters point to their regular season record and call them great.
Lot of overreacting to one game in a 7 game series. You think Curry is going to keep playing like he did last night? I wonder what some of you were saying when the Lakers lost game one the year they went 15-1 in the playoffs.
Golden State sure hasn't shown me much in these first two games at home. Cleveland is not a great basketball team and was trying to hand them the game, yet they couldn't take it. I am guessing Popovich refuses to watch this series knowing he would beat either one of these teams in 5-6 games.
Yes, Lebron is putting up huge numbers, but his play down the stretch in both of those games was pretty poor. He couldn't buy a basket at the end of regulation last night. It amazes me people still try to argue he is better than Jordan. Obviously people that do are under the age of 30.
Clearly you did not watch the Spurs this year as Parker was never healthy, and his play was very poor because of that + age. Splitter was also not healthy, and Leonard missed half the year. Leonard and Duncan were the only ones who were good against the Clippers, and even Leonard had two bad games. The 2014-2015 Spurs were not the same as the 2012-2014 Spurs.
Last night was the first playoff game I have watched this year and wow, the NBA is just awful. I don't know how some of you can stand it. And here I thought college officiating was terrible. Last night's game, in comparison to the NCAA championship, isn't even comparable in terms of enjoyable.
Pivotal game in the series tonight. I think if LeBron keeps playing like he has been the Cavs may be able to stretch this to game 7.
Considering the momentum on Cleveland and the way GS has been playing, they need to be worried about stretching this thing to game 6.
Iguodala clowned Bronbron when Andre got fouled. Grabbed his arm like it was broken and then started smiling. LeBron such a drama queen and all the dumb kids love it.
All LeBron would have to do to bolster his image is not act like a goddamned attention-craving dumbass out there. It would go such a long way to aiding his public perception. Good thing for him is that there are millions of fellow morons who eat that shhit up. Too bad for him, he's not smart enough to realize how dumb he looks. Gurl love him some attention.
