*** Official New Degen Thread 🏦🏦🏦***

Had a really good weekend minus two games.

One was still a good bet and the other wasn’t.

The good bet that still lost was Michigan at whatever the points were don’t remember. Then uncharacteristically gave up 21 points in the 4th. 9/10 games that doesn’t happen.

The one bad bet was the Utah game. Just didn’t see that coming.

Well, after 2 hours of looking at numbers and trying to look like I'm working, here's my bet. Well technically I placed two.

De'Von Achane
25+ receiving yards (80% of my money)
40+ receiving yards (20% of my money)

Why am I placing this bet?

This is what the Titans have given up to RB's so far in the air.

Week 1 against the Bears. Only like 1 target for zero yards.
Week 2 against the Jets. Breece Hall had 52 yards and Braelon Allen had 23 yards.
Week 3 against the Packers. Emanuel Wilson had 35 yards.

So, if you have a team that passes the ball to a RB, they are getting decent yards.

So how about Achane?

As of yesterday, he averages the most pass attempts per game (6.3). Breece Hall is right behind him (6.0).

Week 1: 76 yards.
Week 2: 69 yards.
Week 3: 28 yards.

That's an average of 58 yards per game.

Yes, two of those games granted are with Tua. But with a new QB I can see more short passes to get him comfortable, etc.

I think 25+ is pretty safe. 40+ is doable.

Disclaimer: Don't listen to me. LOL

NFL:

Dallas -5.5 ❌
Vikings +3 âś…
Tampa +1.5 âś…
Ravens -2.5 âś…

Lots of teaser possibilities that I’ll whittle down in some fashion.
Teasers went 2-2, but they were all +135 or better, so it was a nice weekend of betting.

I think I’ll lay off tonight’s games and just gear up for next week!

You certainly do your homework.

Just took the Lions at -4.

Yes the Seahawks are undefeated but they haven’t beaten a good team yet.

So go Seahawks and go Achane. :)

I bet the Lions -4. I was hoping the line would drop to -3 but it hasn’t. Played a little -220 on the ML as a hedge. I think they will win unless they decide to have a bunch of turnovers.

I'm so disappointed in this game/bet.

They didn't utilize him like they should have.

He's so good at catching the ball they lined him up in the slot a ton but damn near more as a decoy.

He ended up with 14 yards and I'm pretty sure all in the 2nd quarter.

I'm hoping nobody listened to me.

Just bet the Orioles to win their series against the Royals @ -170.

I would bet the Padres over Braves but I want the Padres to lose, so no bet.

Some early leans in order of how I like them...

FSU UNDER Team Total First Half
Pitt Team Total OVER
Army -12
Sam Houston -10 (fishy low line though)
UNDER Iowa/ OSU 45.5
Houstin Team Total OVER
Arkansas Team Total UNDER
OVER 56.5 SMU/ Louisville
Wisconsin Team Total OVER
I like Texas State to bounce back against Troy. Sam Houston State has been a favorite of mine against UTEP.

Been trying to find a few other plays to parlay the two MLs.

Also, fellas, we as Hawk fans need to come together this weekend and do our part to convince Vegas to look the other way this one time for Iowa against Ohio State.

$50 is the most I can go, but it's gonna cost more than that for Vegas to make the call and have Ohio State lose.

This is what I got so far: (all MLs)
Ohio St.
Wisconsin (vs Purdue)
Oregon (vs Mich St.)
Bama (at Vandy)
Georgia (vs Auburn)
USC (at Minn)

Currently: +109

Any changes? And who's with me!? Let's take down Ohio State or get rich trying!

Tonight I think I'm taking the over on Chase McLaughlin.

He's the kicker.

1.5 FG's made.

Atlanta gives up the most FG attempts in the league.

Well chit, Draftkings doesn't even show this bet available on my app.

You can see it on their website but the bet isn't even available.

I either have to skip this or find another betting app.

Tonight’s action -
Otton over
Godwin over
Allgeier over rushing
Pitts to have reception on 1st drive +260 FD
SGP Irving 25+, Allgeier 25+, Otton 25+

Eventually found this bet available on ESPN bet.

Don’t really like the app though.

The bet was won a good 10 minutes of game clock ago and the money isn’t in my account. Doesn’t even show that I’ve won or anything.

As I type this Chase just hit his THIRD fg and still not settled up.

UPDATE: Money in my account after the game finalized.

Well I did a 3 pick parlay for tonight's UNLV Syracuse game with a 50% boost. :)

UNLV -6
Kyle McCord 2+ passing tds
Hajj-Malik Williams anytime td

I only put $10 bucks on it. If I win I'll get $62.50.

I can definitely see all three hitting though.

UNLV's pass defense is terrible.
Williams I believe is an upgrade from the kid that bailed on them. Syracuse run defense is terrible.

The game itself appears to be close. A great passing offense vs a great running offense. However, the new QB seems to be a much better passer.

Syracuse will NOT be able to do anything on the ground.

UNLV is the second highest in interceptions. Turnover margin of +8. Syracuse is -1.

You also have an east coast team playing a night game out west.

I'll probably add some more bets later but this is my low $ higher payout type bet.

IDK. Once again, don't listen to me. Never put money on my thoughts. There's several picking Syracuse.
