I just don't want to lose to a mid-major again. I'm fine with losing to a team like Gonzaga last year, who was head-and-shoulders better than us and had much better guards than we had.

I'm going to force myself to take on a very positive mindset and have a little fun here. 
The three seeds Iowa is most likely to land, in order of likelihood: 6, 5, 7 (see...optimistic!!)
If a 6 seed, possible opponents in order of likelihood: SDSU, St Mary's, Temple, Cincy
If a 5 seed, possible opponents in order of likelihood: Yale, AR-Little Rock, Hawaii
If a 7 seed, possible opponents in order of likelihood: VCU, Gonzaga - maybe Temple/Cincy jump up to here
Would be fine with any matchup at this point - any of these could go either way...just don't drop to an 8/9 vs UConn, please!!!

Makes me sick seeing Michigan State possibly getting a number one seed when we destroyed them twice.
Could also mean we get a better seed than we probably deserve. Silver lining I know but gotta see the positive.

They should drag this out just a l.....i,,,,t.....t.....l.....e bit longer, and some of us will just wait to get the pairings tomorrow. It's almost a week before the games. I can wait without sitting through this talk fest and commercial extravaganza.
Hell, yes!!!! Temple shouldn't be in the tournament. Didn't beat anyone all year and many had them on the wrong side of the bubble! Second round against Villanova? Like it.
Guess it could be worse than a 7/10 matchup vs Temple with 'Nova looming next if we beat the Owls...
Not going to happen. Temple vs Villanova is a great Philadelphia matchup in the second round. That will bring a ton of people from Phili to Brooklyn for the game.
Why? When Iowa plays well and makes shots, they can beat anyone. Shouldn't you be on your own board awaiting your 13 seed?

Temple was only on 37 of 59 brackets in the matrix website, not that it matters. Hopefully that doesn't put a chip on their shoulder, and hopefully everyone doesn't start saying they don't belong.

I hope so. Thank God we got picked in the first bracket. Watching Barkley try to operate that touchscreen was excruciating.
