you can’t always get what you want!
When are these judges ever gonna learn! Damn judges…they can dispense justice but it has to be justice approved by the DoJ/AG!
This judge who dismissed the Mayor’s case WITH PREJUDICE…what was he thinking? ;)
It’s like he saw right thru what Trump and the DoJ were trying to do. So he took steps to correct it.

If they place everyone on leave who fails to win a BS case, how long before they run out of lawyers? @10,000 lawyers for those interested.

Sort of saw this coming due to how much he acknowledged was faulty on the US Gov side. Worse part, folks who likely don't want to be doing this have to as it's their job. Its not vs USGOV, its vs Trump.

Sounds like they are going to have to find a more ideologically pure lawyer to lose this case.
The “And”, question for you is what happens when the DoJ, and the administration ignore a court order?

Unless he was a full on cult member the DoJ lawyer should have resigned as soon as the department floated him out there on a raft by himself.

Meh, I get the sentiment, but let them fire him and he has a legal strategy later. Quit and he gets to hold his head up, but not much else.

I can't believe they can find lawyers as it is. But as it turns out lawyers are generally cowards and a little bit of pressure gets them providing their services for free.
