Ohio State

The ending was more fight than Ohio State put up all day

Ohio State was a 20.5 point favorite today.

They are now 10-2, won't play in the B1G title game, and essentially are the 3rd best team in the B1G.

They have spent $20M in NIL on this roster.

National Championship or bust for Ryan Day, imo.

I would very much prefer for KF to retire very soon, but I will give him this ... would never see, from Iowa (while he is coach), the shit that Michigan pulled at the end of their game today.

Or refusing to shake hands at the coin toss, like Debbie last night.

Got to admire that about him, regardless of everything else.

I am sure Kirk is a little more open in the locker room, but yes he will keep anything like that in private.

Still love the time Frost complained about loud clapping and Kirk said what the hell are we playing golf?

I'm not one of those "get off my lawn" guys, I can let a lot of stuff go whereas other people will go "thugs, no defense, we don't need that at Iowa." That being said...this crap with planting flags, dancing on the logo, not just disrespecting your opponent but disrespecting their territory is just dumb. You already won, go through the motions like you actually care about the handshakes and backslaps. Then gtfo of there.

110%. He either finds a way to win it all or is looking for a new gig after this season imho

Both schools will receive a letter of reprimand from the B1G office and maybe some monetary fine from the conference and that will be the extent of any punishment.

Seems like "flag planting at mid-field on opponent's home turf" is a thing across the country now.

Forget the game, teams and conference, but someone else did it in a late afternoon game today as well.

Whatever happened to sportsmanship in college athletics? Did it slip into the transfer portal a few seasons back, when I wasn't paying attention??

Imagine Neb doing that at Kinnick on Friday. Would have the fans stormed the field?
They would have if they had won. Game started out with Rhule intentionally walking right through Iowa warmups and then refusing to shake hands during captains meeting.

Why are today’s players so mentally and emotionally weak?
How many fights were there this weekend? 5-6 different games had fights yesterday.
