This could really hurt recruiting. Some of these players have been dreaming about reaching a conference tournament their whole lives.
I want Fran gone (and think he will be regardless of the outcome) but this could be the last college game for several Iowa players. I hope they have a good outing and enjoy the end.
I find this strangely erotic and I don’t know why.
I don’t think that anyone here is cheering against the players, but a loss here ends the season and allows for a quick release of Fran. Hopefully Beth has a plan.
Just way too many Hawk fans overjoyed with mediocrity. That allows guys like Fran and KF to milk the programs for decades. No expectations to win championships, just happy to be in the league.
I want Iowa to win so that when BG announces FM's termination, when asked about the Nebraska win, she can say that she had to consider where Nebraska was as a program.

Yeah, Iowa isn't going to score 97 points again, but they might not need to. I haven't watched Neb at all, but their scores during this 4-game losing streak of theirs look pretty interesting - scored 72, 46, 65 and 114 (89 in regulation) with losses to 2 bad teams. It would be nice for our seniors to get this W and buy themselves another game. They looked a lot better against MSU than I thought they would. One thing Fran lacks in his outstanding BTT resume is a Wednesday loss; that would be a fitting way for him to exit....
