I think most would take Tyler Cook with a jumpshot in a heartbeat. Or just TC, that paint presence is sorely lackingBecause he's blind. The kid is Tyler Cook with a jump shot.

Michael Payne was probably close. And Al Lorenzen? When has Iowa ever signed a top ten player?
He Thinks he is a One-and-done. And maybe so. Too early to tell. But That isn't the mentality that spells "team". Jus sayinHe'd be one and done at best, so why bother, IMHO.
And he's considering NEBRASKA? LOL
Even if you're correct about those two, and I'm not sure you are, we're talking nearly forty years ago. Quite the dry spell for a member of a big time athletic conference.Michael Payne was probably close. And Al Lorenzen?

He's a top 10 player in the country. What are you talking about? He can guard pretty much every position on the floor except Center. At this point in his career he's a better defensive player than offensive. He would be the best athlete on the team the minute he hits the court.Maybe in your wet dream that’s how it plays out. At best you’ve seen him against some undersized central Iowa scrub teams.
I see he is doing an official visit to the Clones this week. Are we still recruiting him? He's clearly a long shot based on his ranking, but just wondering if the latest news on him.
