Stoll's a face musher at times. I personally hope he can take a yr off & come back fully healed.

I had to rewatch that match because I didn't notice it live. It wasn't the typical face mush but yes it was like 5 seconds. He was just trying to iron out the wrinkles on Mayes's face.

I saw Retherford start to get up after scoring the TF. Then changing his mind and holding Mayes down when the ref was slow to call it.
I'd vote Kemerer as the designated musher. He's good enough to be arrogant.

Besides the future,current and ex Hawks I would say that guys like Zain , Dean , Snyder , Nolf , Howe , Brewer , Deringer types may be attracted to a room FULL of BAD***ES. But what Waters did just holding like a leach should be an instant stall call the rules should be changed here with guys just hanging on or throwing in a leg just to hang on with out any attempt to advance or improve position.. There should not even be a count it should be immediate judgement and stall or better yet an instant 1 point and back to neutral position
This is what I'm saying. Iowa should embrace being the heel of college wrestling. Being the bad guy is fun. You get to be cocky, show off, it's great. This should be Iowas recruiting pitch. It's good to be bad
