Only 2 practices....

I would like to hear others thoughts on this.....I am having a hard time believing that. I certainly believe that they (NCC) missed important practice time but I don’t believe they only had 2 practices since....? The announcers made it sound like a long long time.

I think they would have been throwing the ball all over the place, they would have missed defensive assignments, they would have struggled against the press/traps even more than they did.

But, I’m no basketball expert...it just seems like I’ve seen teams with a lot more practice play a lot worse than that.

Interested in hearing others thoughts.

I thought it was hyperbole as well, and I'm sure they had been working on their own or in small groups on conditioning etc.. Maybe they have had very few practices with the entire team or staff all there at one time?

100% there’s no way you’d be able to run offensive sets and execute their first half game plan with just two practices.

They won their conference last year so I’m sure they know their role and plays to be on the same page like that as well as in such good shape.

I would agree. They have all Seniors and Juniors. They have only one Freshman and no Sophs.
