"living babies" don't exist inside of a woman. Fetuses do, or more precisely, a zygote.
And yes, if a woman doesn't have the option to terminate her own pregnancy because of state law, that's controlling a woman's body for her.

In court and in the victim's family they call it a baby when a baby is shot while in the womb.
When a woman has a miscarriage, they including the doctor will say she lost the baby.
They will not say I/she lost the fetus or the zygote.
