Opportunity?

I doubt there is much room at SF. Not a position Iowa needs to fill.

Bishop played the 5 in Creighton’s offense, and was, in my opinion, a top two player on their team. Highly athletic, and would run the floor well in Iowa’s offense. We’d continue to be undersized, but unless he’s looking to switch positions. I’d take him in a second

Connor's gonna have to develop a shot to be a strong 3. His FG% isn't too impressive.

I'll agree, but it is his spot because reasons or nepotism. I think the Murrays play tall 3s well if not. FT% on Christian Bishop is atrocious.

Bishop's FT% is bad at 56.2% . FYI Connor's wasn't much better at 58.6%

How can a guy playing D1 basketball shoot that poorly at the line?! I mean FFS...you're a BASKETBALL PLAYER!

BTW, SHAQ was constantly teased for his FT shooting. He was career 52.7%.

I dont have the answer for that one. I get when some bigs are poor at the line. I'll blame CMacs on hips this year?

Yeah they didn’t really have a true big man. Bishop created a lot of mismatches on the offensive end though - shot a very nice 69% from the field last year and averaged over a block per game which is solid. Definitely would struggle against the Kofi Cockburn’s of the world, but he’s also the type of athletic, versatile guy who could do some damage in Fran’s system alongside the Murray’s. Lots of transition buckets

That is pretty insane. Take him in as a 4. Thats some Charles Barkley big small man action.

Kessler is still open. Can you actually rent like 50 hookers at once for one player. Someone, call Rick Pitino and see how that works.
