Nato taking the youngster to school. I thought he should have gotten two backs at the end of the first. Eierman not showing any offense
Pletcher looked a bit weak on the bottom, but fairly strong once he got out and got the takedown. Looks kinda like a no nonsense, straight-ahead type.
Well Mr. Pletcher looked pretty good beating that Sr.
In fairness to Missouri, they could have very well taken 125, 141, and 149 if healthy. They would have been tough matches but they have a lot of injured talent.
Sorensen will have his hands full with MicJo
Ryan just doesn't look like the same wrestler this year. He was never a world beater, but he just looks bad right now.
Sorry I am a bit behind, but Tomasello was physical! Any history between these two? I don't recall seeing Tomasello wrestle this way...
I don't believe there is any history. Probably heard some of the hype and wanted to send a message. Probably also sick of chasing him around the mat.

Wow Moore had more TDs than Cox did in that match. Cox getting over 2 mins of riding time proved to be the difference.
I think a lot of people forget just how close Micah was to a high AA finish last year.
He was 20 seconds from the semis after he got a late takedown against Meridith for a lead. Then got in some scrabbly weirdness and suddenly the ref is counting backs. Honestly-at that point I could not figure out who was getting the backs. Then suddenly I figure out Meridith was awared a reversal and backs... and I felt like my puppy just got run over by a car.
Of note, if Micah would have held on and later made the finals... history of Ohio wrestling show that Micah beat Heil numerous times.
Think the insane weight cut caught up to him last season and he just had nothing left by March.
Mizzou was missing starters at 125,141, 149 & 184. Fosu probably still wins dual but I feel Mizzou would have won 125 & 141 if normal starters were in. Mizzou also left points out there at 165. Moore gave Cox all he could handle but Cox found a way to win. Sorensen and Jordan will be fun to watch for sure but I still think Sorensen gets the win. Tomatoe looked pretty good but he was not wrestling Clark, Richards or Brock. Ryan looks pretty bad right now Kemdawg will beat both of those two wrestlers fairly easily.
I watched little Marsden wrestle Cox last year, ended up a 7-3 dec. for Cox. Looked totally uninterested in the match, team score had been settled long before that. Think if the team score would have been somewhat in doubt, we would have seen a different match last night.
I don't wanna take anything away from Kollin but I think cox performance has more to do with coming off of what I heard was knee surgery. Either way Moore took cox down twice. Cox hasn't given up a takedown since he lost to Snyder at nationals and I think the only other people who have taken him down in college are McIntosh and Gadson
