I’m considering coming through Iowa City for the first time in ages tomorrow (Sat 5/25)? My planned fly fishing in north central Wisconsin is no-go due to high flows. I know it’s holiday weekend and all, but anybody up for a beer and/or bite in the evening?

Ever fish Bloody Run in northeast Iowa?

No, but I was definitely paying attention to streams I passed as I went to Dubuque and across NW Illinois Sunday. I was weighing my options as I drove: veer north or make time? On a dreary day make time won out.
