Wow, they suck! They are about to go 0-8. I have been a diehard Twins fan since the 1985 when I was in 4th grade. I have seen some awful teams. But, their offense has never looked so bad.
I am starting to worry about Buxton. He is so overmatched. He has been for the past two seasons. The Twins rushed him last year.
Sano is awful in RF. He also has not been hitting this year.
Veterans like Dozier, Plouffe, and Suzuki have done absolutely nothing.
They made the horrible choice to trade Aaron Hicks this off-season. Hicks is not a star, but he is better than anyone they have right now playing for the Twins in the OF.
Rosario has really looked lost this year. The only positives so far have been Joe Mauer and Eduardo Escobar on offense.
Their starting pitching has actually been "OK.", which is all you can hope for with our rotation.
Their bullpen is bad and now Perkins is out.
