He said that if James Franklin gets either the USC or LSU jobs, there are three strong HCs that he says is generally known inside the circles would take the Penn State job if offered-- Luke Fickel, Mark Stoops, and Matt Campbell. I've heard him mention Campbell's name with Penn State a couple times before.
If any of this were true, I hope Franklin stays at PSU a long time as I think all three of these guys are better than Franklin.
