Was reading about this guy. He's the one who left high school a year early, enrolled at Ohio State this fall, signed a 3-year, $1.4 NIL deal as a 17 year old.
Last I checked Ohio State has a phenomenal freshman at QB in Stroud and I think Ewers is likely being redshirted this fall because he's not even the #2 guy at OSU this year?
Now reading it's likely a certainty he's transferring out after this year and most believe he'll end up at Texas A & M.
If this is true, wondering how much pressure being put on him to transfer by GT Sports Marketing because they are getting antsy to see a return on their investment? This entire deal GT signed him to from the beginning seemed like a huge gamble in various ways.
Anybody have more insight on this entire thing? Was Ewers expected to be the guy at OSU? Stroud likely to NFL after next year?
