Ulis = a blistering 1-5 shooting performance with a total number of assists at 0. Let me repeat. 0 assists from our starting PG. Another weak, unremarkable performance from Ulis. He does nothing! He brings nothing to the table.

Perkins = at least came up with 33% FG, of course he committed more fouls than actual made FGs. Saucy is so inconsistent, you just never know.

We're in trouble unless we bring help in the backcourt next year. Almost as big of a need as a starting 5.

Edit: updated to reflect Ulis actually did score a basket at the end of the game, when the game was essentially over.

Honestly, if Bowen stays I’m really excited about him and Dix. I think they are both good defenders and compliment eachother. Very excited about that combo.
Me too. People expect way too much of freshman. I thought they both did well in the limited minutes they got. Can they make that jump next season will be the question and will Harding be a diamond in the rough.

I have zero expectations for Ulis. He's an average defender and an offense killer with over dribbling and not passing well. Perkins is streaky and seems to only do well when he can dominate other guards physically. If he's matched physically like today, he tries to force it and can't finish.

Rebraca would crack open your head and use your skull to chug beer

‘yeah, so? I’m soft as **** as well. Like charming soft and 25 years older, so I would hope so. It doesn’t change the fact that this team has zero fortitude whatsoever. They have failed to show up forever when it matters.

Except the 19 games they won to make the NCAAS, right? Guess you missed the MSU and Indiana games?

Agree but Perkins is taking someone’s minutes. He has a union card. I see the likelihood of Bowen staying at 10%.

No reason for Bowen to leave right now. He'll just be a sophomore next year and he wasn't good this year. Where else is he going to go and have a good chance of starting without significant improvement in his play anyway? It wouldn't take a ton of improvement to unseat Ulis at Iowa.

Auburns team could probably play on some D1 football teams. They are grown dudes. Our guys need 4 years to grow from boys to men. Wish we could recruit out of that full grown man bucket some of these teams do.

Don't expect to stack a bunch of bowen types on a Fran team. More uninspiring length and slowness is on the way.

Why wouldn't Ulylis stay? How many other P5 schools would use him as the starting point guard?
Well the logical reason would be the reigns being passed to Bowen and Ulis being told that. Do i expect it to happen, not a chance. Ulis has tenure and fran values that

Correction…….our back court “was” pathetic. This season is over.

Every other coach would have played him 2-10 minutes a game getting him some experience. Why do you think he played against tcu and auburn (athletic teams) but wasn’t trusted in the big ten?
