Pack Line Defense

Ok people...... not gonna pin point anybody here but somebody suggested Iowa play this style of Defense because UNI does. Panthers are behind 37-12 at half against Xavier. Oh wait...Xavier is #9. Similar to Virginia. So, let's hope our Hawks figure out how to D it up and we will be fine. Go Hawks!!

Xavier plays the Pack Line defense as does Virginia. UNI is a young team that is still learning to play. Unlike Iowa, they have beat a couple of Power 5 schools this year.

Hard to argue with the results of elite pack line defense. I personally prefer all man-to-man but you have to have certain players to do that effectively 100%

Zone was illegal in the NBA for a reason.

Play an agressove zone well and it is better than man-to-man.
