I had never heard of Michael Novogratz (had to look him up on Wikipedia). Now that you pointed out the bolded portion, my opinion of Novogratz is quite positive. Thanks Psufan2427 for sharing about a foundation that has done so much in areas such as global health issues, humanitarian crises and climate resilience. Great to see that someone who has been so supportive of USA wrestling is also supportive of humanitarian efforts.

See, I think it is more normal to completely ignore without any need to deny something that one strongly believes or out right knows (like awareness of an alibi) is patently false.

Will he turn state evidence to get a lighter sentence and expose all the PSU steroid use??? ;)

I kid, but it certainly would make this thread extra spicy. But, would “the law” even care enough to make that deal, even if it were true? I guess it depends on the official charges…

Human trafficking charges.

But he’s a first timer - he’ll plead to a lesser charge especially since they can’t prove he actually trafficked.

I'm getting old now (50) and am learning a ton here. I always thought barebacking was done on horses. We learn something new everyday. We called it raw dogging 🤷

Starting to look sad in Happy Valley, and that has nothing to do with Tom Ryan, the Clintons, or Palacio. Has everything to do with a program that's veering out of control.

Right. You could've said that when I asked how many days to wait. But silence. And you instead implied the dark web made it federal, after discounting sex trafficking, and that was the cause for the delay. What a joke. What a bullshitter.

Meanwhile I provided a link to a same day news release with names that happened a day later than the May 9th sting.

In retrospect, there was likely a conscious decision to delay reporting by the police department, because more similar stings were set up over the next couple days. I saw reports of two that were reported sooner but occurred later. Could be the cops recognized Snyder's involvement would garner greater attention.

I never said that was any reason for a delay. Someone else did and I asked about the dark web because I had no clue and heard a rumor.
I wouldn't have said a word if I wasn't 100% sure that he was arrested

You clearly implied if federal it was means and responded to @vhsalum regarding federal as delay cause with a question regarding the dark web.

You implied dark web and provided a hypotheyocal reason for it to be federal.

No where did you say the delay wasn't because it was federal or that it was due to typical report cycles.

What about the BS you wrote about it not being true because it wasn't in the media yet. Sorry I heard what happened and you didn't believe it. Believe me I hear a ton of stuff I could post and be a bullshitter but I like sticking to things I know are facts. I will leave the other nonsense alone and let guys like you play hypotheticals

Well, you heard he was arrested and "dark web" so maybe federal, not sex trafficking. I will give you 50%.

I never said it wasn't true nor implied it was impossible. Never said I didn't believe it, though I am not big on just believing things. Maybe you can quote me where I did. I did provide alternate reasons to why people might not come to Kyle's defense.

I asked if it was still a rumor. Direct reply was Yes of course, Didn't see you dispute that assertion that it was still a rumor.

I actively looked for the report only finding others. Those reports are also facts. They were sought in response to @bourbon n blues perhaps too narrow search.

Why would I repeatedly look, if I discounted the possibility? Obviously, I wouldn't. And I would've posted the article myself, had I found it first.

Nice deflection try with more BS.
