Best Homemade Sandwich is Braunschweiger on a great rye, with a piece of Gouda or Muenster, slices of onion and a big slather of Boetjes mustard.

I take my Braunschweiger with swiss, honey mustard, and green pepper.

Fun to "quiet belch" on my dog after eating one of these badboys. She will look around like, "If I could only find the source of that wonderful odor, I'd roll in it".

Good Braunschweiger kind of melts in your mouth as you eat it. Very underrated as a lunch meat. Great bang for your buck too.

Have to say, all of these years later and the PBJ still holds remains strong in the "samich" world ... I don't eat them too often, but I do eat a lot of PB throughout the week ... Good health benefits ...
