Gender affirming does not mean sex changing. Plenty of cis-women have small boobs but they choose to get breast implants because they want to affirm their gender by appearing more feminine.
Same thing holds true for men when they get a hair transplant or take hgh or testosterone to help them appear more masculine
You guys are trying to conflate purely cosmetic changes, to people who are the sex and gender they were born as, to Dec changes. That’s the part no one buys, it’s disingenuous.
