As a living breathing person I would just like to have as many and as equal rights as a a state constructed entity.

You have so many more rights than a corporation does. One of which is to form a corporation to protect YOU. Get over yourself.

Incorrect. The Feds protect marriage because some states tried to treat the marriage of some couples differently than they treated the marriages of other couples. Corporations have always been treated the same as other corporations. Scalia decided to grant them additional rights out of thin air. Then he called others judicial activists

No shit. You didn't address the point, which is that individual states reserve the right to issue marriage licenses and incorporate businesses, while those activities are still governed by the constitution.
