According to CP. Is reported to be a knee injury. This will take him out of the World Cup at 70kg and the Olympics at 65kg as the alternate to Frank Molinaro.

I guess James Green will take on the World Cup and Zain Retherford will be the alternate at the Olympics. Crazy that there will be two competitors and one alternate at the Olympics that are still in college. USA freestyle has a bright future.

Pico is right in the thick of things for USA at 65kg. Sorry to hear he is injured and out for a while. Any idea what the injury is.... ACL? Hopefully he gets a nice recovery and could be challenging for WTT's next year.
