Political Insanity Comes To Tennessee

should have been done away with with the advent of sperm and egg donation. as soon as society couldnt assign biological ownership of the offspring the term mother and father designations went out the window. as much as some want to blame same sex marriage for this, it truly is the fault of science and infertile couples who used anonymous donors to have children.
Is there anything the gays can't solve? Maybe we need our first gay president. I don't identify as a democrat or republican, but I would laugh my ass off watching the conservatives squirm if there was a viable gay nominee. Their heads would explode.
Tennessee has been down the insanity route before you guys elected Al Gore.

The right to be referred to in a gender-specific manner in court documents, I guess.
She later says she will change it back in her own forms (she appears to be a divorce lawyer) because of Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Religion.
I fail to really see how either apply. I'll grant her the speech, even though the forms are for her clients, but religion one loses me. The only thing I could figure is that the religious part is opposed to same sex marriage, and the belief is that this change is for ssm, therefore everything related to ssm must be opposed. Hell of a stretch. If it is more simple, maybe someone can explain it.
Well to update it seems Tennessee cancelled this overnight...the power of the people is a mighty thing...we won't have any of this non gender liberalized crap in the Volunteer State...
