He should get life, period. Good God wildcat, what is it with you? Evidence has suggested that at least 6 other soldiers died looking for his traitor ass.

What would he have needed to do to deserve life?

If he had turned his weapons on his brothers.

I would rather spend the 50000 a year it will take to incarcerate him and spend it on supporting a soldier and his family. Maybe give you a retirement raise or another Veteran heath care.
