She’s obviously having some issues with involuntary shaking and the press is all over it. You can tell she’s trying to hide is as well. I just feel bad for her as it’s completely out of her control.

I would say as leader of her country she owes it to the people of Germany to seek a diagnosis with doctors and to share that diagnosis with the public.

I have tremors in my hands. It's a condition I've had since birth but it's been made worse by the meds I have to take for epilepsy. Still not something that causes me a great deal of problems. Mostly just something that freaks people out the first time they notice it.
