Possibility of Creating Rivals Forum Section?

This has probably been brought up before, but would it be possible to create a separate forum so the same 5-8 people can talk about Nebraska, ISU, and Minn without bombarding the FP main page? I'd PM Tom about this usually, but figured it would be worth it to see what others on here thought about it.

As long as it is titled "separate but not equal" I'm down.... all jokes aside everyone is entitled to thier own opinion. I too tend to talk about topics some people dont care about. The best thing is either ignore or just to not visit the thread. It is kinda BS that EVERY thread eventually turns into a conversation about one of those programs.
