The Brands brothers were taunting the crowd all night. It was fun to attend an entertaining dual again. Whoever took the video should have zoomed in on Dresser balling his eyes out to the ref as the entire arena was chanting "Let's go Hawks!" there at the end.
There’s some good video on the wrestling room Facebook page - HOWEVER I just made pat mineo cry and he blocked me/kicked me out
When Terry ran over immediately after the end of the dual, as is Terry's custom, DSJ literally took this position and shuffled his feet like he was defending the perimeter in basketball.
He doesn't like Iowa fans that bring logic and reasoning to his page. He deletes anything that goes against his line of thinking.
I tried so hard with that guy, but he's so clearly a little troll.
His life's work right now is trying to get Desanto removed from the team.
I will give him credit that despite my not pulling any punches in calling out his stupidity, he has yet to block me.
Minion is a bottom dwelling leech and nothing more.
Nobody would be left to play and coach after every football game if it was real.

Terry ran to their benches to shake hands and run around and DSJ body checked him and some bench wrestlers were pushing him back to the Iowa sideline.
After the dual, Pollard and Dresser were both complaining to Kurt Frost (Bald official) that Terry was pushing and shoving their guys, and he pulled them over to the video replay, showed and demonstrated that Terry's arm was extended to shake hands once he got to the bench so he didn't start the shoving...eventually they lost the team point after enough whining.
Another 4 hours Pollard won't get back.
I guess ISU thought they could win a brawl in Hilton with the fan support.. until the ISU team figured out there were more Iowa fans there than Clone fans.
I imagine both programs will get some slap on the wrist in the form of some meaningless reprimand.
You would think the officials would be a bit more in control? I love how Frost probably was consoling Metcalf. Maybe he told him to just take the beatdown and move on? BM really seems like a bitter person.

Love the "Lets Go Hawks" chants taking over the arena.
I think the chants are the biggest thing bothering the ISU people. You have a home dual and the other team punks you.
The tears on the Clone forum are flowing. Lots of personal attacks because they really can't point to any improvement in the program.
A win is a win and a loss is a loss. But it is clear Dresser had his guys wrestling just to keep it close in a few matches. And if Carr is the phenom that they think he is... he should be getting at least a major decision.
ISU wrestling is irrelevant and has been since Cael bailed. Dresser hasn't been the savior Pollard thought he was hiring.
hell I remember when Ironside, Mena and the Zadicks were still wrestling..... we went to Ames for a dual and the first three bouts had punches thown
that’s the way that rivalry should be..... the Clones might not be as competitive now as then but at least the dual is entertaining again Metcalf and Tom would have been the best match of the night 😂

Why does it seem like a lot of great former Hawkeyes have resentment towards the program?
Cuz they want to be us... it is called envy. Hatred is like drinking salt water, you end up only thirsting for more.
It's been mentioned previously, but I think many of these ex Hawks really wanted to be on the coaching staff someday. And that just isn't possible.
Don't know if it's even a consideration because it's a ways off, but Spencer Lee is the only "automatic", imo.
I've called him out several times too. Major Iowa bias. Will blow anything PSU though.
