I have cow killers in my garden. Not many, but enough that I kind of need to look where I'm sticking my hand. They look like big furry ants.PSA- Be mindful to cover your beer or soda when tailgating this time of year. Wasp's will crawl in your can or bottle and you can get stung.

I tried that on one of the mantids at my place and nothing. The kids and I were disappointed. I’ll have to catch a few more tomorrow and test them.

Yep, same here. Have noticed a couple lately.every Aug/Sept I find a few of them around the house
