Sounds about right, total wise at least. Add a couple BIG conference tourney wins and we land in the dance right about at a 5-seed.

Either 3-4 or 4-3. Best chance of a road win obviously IU, who is kind of in disarray. Penn St hottest team in the league. Toughest home game left.

Penn St at home will be a win. Indiana is a mess and Iowa can take them. Minnesota will be tough, but if Iowa can hit the early 3s it will be a win also. The one I have the most doubts about winning is Illinois. If the team stays focused, the could win all the way to the Illinois game.

Minne, MSU and Illinois losses. We should win the rest although our defense is going to keep everyone in the game.

Predicting B1G games, especially wins on the road, is almost like playing the lottery. I like our chances on road against IU and Minny way more than against MSU and Illannoy, at least as things stand today. If we just stay healthy, play well, and avoid losing streaks, I'll be very happy.

win our 3 home games, lose our 4 road games; 20-11 and thinking about what could have been had we held on vs San Diego State, won at Debbie, and played the current DePaul team (instead of the DePaul team that showed up at CHA); we could easily be looking at 23-8....oh, well....

IL needs to right their ship. They are 1-5 versus ranked teams this year. They have good talent, but they are young and nobody knows how they’ll respond if they drop a couple more in a row.

We ended up with same record but had 4 games different.

Indiana: I have only watched them a couple of times but was fairly impressed, just think its a tough place to play. I had as an L (you as a W), gladly love to be wrong.
Minn: I have been less impressed with Minny. Road game but figured we would split first two. Not a lot to go on here. Had as a W. (you as an L)
MSU: I have watched them a few times, even against Wisky and was very underwhelmed. I just think we match up well, realize its on the Road. They seem to be in a mini slump. I am sticking with my W, call me crazy. Safe bet is surely the L.
PSU: They always scare me, always seem like they have 3-4 ultra quick guards who can shoot. I just think they steal one here.

Win the three home games .. and go 11-9 in the B1G . That would be good enough for a 6 seed or so in the tournament, especially if they added a conference tournament win or two. . That’s my reasonable hope.

I know they could play ok, not have any injuries l, and still have the possibility of not winning a game... or they they could shoot well, steal a couple road wins, and win 6 or 7 of them. The margins are thin.

Purdue game ripped open the scars of two years ago about the defense and showed any team in conference can get ridiculously hot and make you look foolish.

Pretty much how I feel, but this team is tougher than the previous few teams. Our lack of depth really hurts our chances to do better. We often have the other team spurting when Fran goes to the back up lineup that really struggles to score. I am hoping for 12-8, which would be a really good finish with the schedule that remains.

I think so as well. But you know what? I'd sure like to flip the script in Bloomington for a 4th win, but I don't think it will happen. They have lost 4 in a row, and thanks to Purdue winning there, they're going to be head-hunting. Unfortunately we're next on the list. It's going to be a slugfest IMO.

Everyone counting Purdue as a win. They just handled IU on the road very easily in a huge rivalry game. I know they’ve been Jekyl and Hyde this year it they seem to be playing very well right now.

If CJF doesn't make it back for the rest of the season, then I see 1-5 as the most likely outcome.
