Is Proctor actually in school at Iowa?

They are doing the winter workouts now and they post some photos from time to time. Haven't paid close enough attention as to whether he has been in one of those yet or not.

as a point of actual conversation, is Proctor’s weight good weight or is some work needed? 360 is a lot of BUMPy mass. I am not a tall person at all but I BUMPed in to Robert Gallery right after he was drafted, that was a mountain of a man but he was never up to that kind of weight (I don’t think so at least) and that was after 5 years with Doyle, I don’t believe he had an ounce of fat on him, not a single BUMP. Is that something we might see in the future with Kadyn, BUMPing some of that mass to muscle from fat? If a change in his physique is needed things might be BUMPy to start out.

Proctor has a massive rear end & legs, a great base. With more weight training he can lose some belly fat and transfer that weight into shoulders, chest, etc.

9. OT KADYN PROCTOR, ALABAMA CRIMSON TIDE​

2023 Grade: 67.0 (811 snaps)​

Proctor started every game for Alabama at left tackle this season. He endured some expected growing pains over the first half of the season, posting a 54.5 PFF grade over the first seven games. Proctor was far better down the stretch though, earning a 76.3 PFF grade over the final seven contests. That included an impressive outing against Georgia in the SEC Championship Game, where he only surrendered one pressure on 29 pass-blocking snaps.

Like Caleb Downs, Proctor ended up in the transfer portal following Nick Saban’s retirement. He’ll play next season at Iowa, the school he was originally committed to.

it is disappointing that game experience is valued so much more at Iowa than actual results in that game experience. Richman is a three year starter and like all of the others has not played well enough to warrant not having to fight for his spot. Richman has not played well.
