As i have said, i may not love it, but i don't begrudge either side using any and every legal process available to them in contesting elections any more than i begrudge them using every available processes to liberalize voting procedures. Indeed, those processes validate, rather than undercut, electoral results. While I do think there is a greater than 50% chance of some minor isolated violence, regardless of the winner, it will generally entail delusional yokels or perhaps stoners. Recall that as unruly and out of control as the 1/6 mob was, there was one (1) lunatic shooter who fired into the air. Quite a ways from 'every means necessary'. Histrionics about coming civil wars are just plain silly.

No, we just need a little clarity on when the Biden Rule goes into effect, and when it is ignored. Given the the SCOTUS started with 6 members, it isn't unrealistic that adjustments are made. Adjustments like term limits and stopping justices from pocketing millions of dollars from people with business before the court would be a start.
