PSU vs Iowa record setting viewership

Blessed to be front and center with great seats at this one live, regardless of outcome. Met up with several Family members from 3 States in Iowa City and had a great time, like we always do. Doesn't get much better than that.
The three states in Iowa City… Are you counting drunk and on drugs as just one state?

I did have 2 cocktails prior to the meet. So not drunk, and drug free. However, I did run into an old friend that could have potentially been over served. I was responsible for me only, so mission accomplished.
Dude… it was a joke. About IC. Not you. I know better then THAT. Lol

iowa owns the record for football, basketball and wrestling? Go Hawks!

I wasn't expecting that when I started searching for it, especially a BTT quarterfinal game although they have not always been on BTN and the championship is usually elsewhere. Wouldn't surprise me if the Iowa-OSU baseball tournament final from a few years ago was the top one there too, but I can't find it. The Nebraska-Wisconson volleyball game from last years Black Friday is the highest volleyball with 375K. Can't find women's basketball either.

I said the same on the PSU board, but if that’s the record viewership, doesn’t it make you wonder about all the streaming problems we’ve seen over the years on certain services?

Well that and the big football games are on abc and espn. Mich vs Ohio st is one of the most viewed games every season and it’s not ever gonna be on BigTen
This is a big factor. I also read that during last basketball season Iowa averaged the highest viewership per game of any B10 team with over 600K. Part of that was people watching Garza, but a larger part is that the other schools that typically draw probably had their high profile matches on bigger networks.

Hmmm...interesting. How does this viewership rate compare with other BTN telecasts? Like FB games, BB or VB, etc?
The most watched women’s volleyball game pulled in 375,000 viewers. No disrespect, cause I enjoy watching vball, but it was a little disheartening to get beat out by volleyball.
