Any word if we are recruiting this position? I really hope we have this addressed next year. Tired of watching our gunners downing the ball 20 yds down the field by getting hit on the a$$.

Gersonde was a freshman & I believe fought injuries, he only punted 3 times, but hit a 61 yarder. I think he is our guy next year, but I would still invite some guys in for additional competition.

I believe you are thinking of Parker Thome from Columbia. Was the first team Ivy Leage punter and averaged nearly 43 yards per punt. I know Tyler Barnes started following him on Twitter, but I don’t know if there is anything more to the story than that. He would certainly be a welcome addition.
