WTH is going on in Lincoln???

Some serious questions need to be asked.

Jan 10: Last time they played.

Feb 6: Next scheduled game (27 day lay off).

5 straight games have been postponed:

Jan 13 vs Illinois
Jan 16 at Maryland
Jan 20 vs Minnesota
Jan 24 at Iowa
Jan 30 vs PSU

NOTE that Michigan got to play Debbie on Dec 25 and Wisconsin got to play them on Dec 22 whereas Iowa's game has been postponed. Wisconsin is supposed to play Debbie again on Feb 11. Huge scheduling advantage for the Wolverines (one easy win over Debbie) & the Badgers (2 easy wins over Debbie).

If Purdue has one player infected, he almost certainly won't be the last. It takes time for the others to become infected / test positive.

Of course Michigan got to play them minus Sasha.
Will Wisconsin play Debbie twice in the regular season and Iowa play Debbie zero times in the regular season?

It just does not seem right. I know the schedules are imbalanced at the beginning but this is getting ridiculously imbalanced.

I just don't see how Debbie can make up all 5 games they have "postponed."

Iowa should have been looking for a non conference game. Still I get the point. Having more conference wins is a must for thus Iowa team. Just stupid they will crown a champion after this mess.

Really? I mean its certainly a mess, but would any of us be complaining, (or will we) if Iowa wins the BIG this season. Ah, NO we will not. This is as much due to the leagues unbalanced schedule as anything else, and quite frankly we don't yet know just who we will end up playing, making up games with or whatever, so lets not throw the baby out with the bath water just yet. We CAN still win it all, its up to Fran and the players to make that happen.

I wouldn't complain because Iowa would only have played 1 game vs the bottom two teams. Which means Iowa has faced a tougher schedule than most.
Do you think its fair that Iowa plays 1 game vs PSU and Nebraska while some others play 4??

I'm saying it is what it is with an unbalanced schedule, (just like every year), AND as I stated we don't yet know what games will and will not be made up. At the end of the day its Iowa's job to play the games on their schedule. We haven't lost one game in conference yet, that we couldn't have won if we had played better. Those loses are on Iowa and not on the schedule. This team CAN win every remaining game on their schedule. Whether they do or not is up to them. If in future seasons Iowa gets a favorable schedule and wins the conference are you really going to put in asterick on it or refuse the trophy? Of course not, and neither will anyone else.

again, we might play ZERO games vs Debbie while Wisconsin plays them TWICE

Nebraska actually would have tried this in football as well had they known how crappy they were going to be again.
