QB Nate Stanley Throws 6 TD Passes

Congrats to Stanley for the 6 touchdown passes today.
He is starting to find his groove and can thread the needle.
Nate had some outstanding TD passes and his receivers
made great catches. He is looking good.

BF doing more play action this year. Pass protection is better with both OT's improved. More playmakers after another year under BF. Give BF and recruiting guy (Bell) credit for getting Smith a IKM and Sargeant late pickup thisyear. BF taking shots downfield which opens things up and Stanley has improved his downfield accuracy. A lot to like scoring 40+ points two games in a row. Minny actually giving OSU a game...that win vs Minny looks more impressive.

Overall a really good game all around. Well done.

You have to be really impressed with the depth right now especially on defense. Lose 3 starting LB to grad, then lose top three LB's to injury and still solid play. Lose a Thorpe finalist, and top two corners out with injury, plug in two frosh, and play on against a team that can throw the ball around the yard. Move Hooker into a hybred LB, and bring in Geno Stone. Guy steps right in and plays very solid game. Very impressed with the growth of the roster right now.
