The GOP isn't going to nominate Jeb. But you seriously aren't trying to compare the credentials, presidential-wise, of Hillary and Jeb?
Well, I agree that Hillary makes Jeb look rather unqualified. But I do think it likely that the GOP will pick Jeb. Less of a sure thing, but still the best bet.
That's actually a pretty potent ticket.
As a lefty, if Hillary isn't going to be the nominee, I hope that becomes clear very soon. While I like the other Dem candidates - better than Hillary - it's hard to see any of them winning. Like many GOP candidates, they need the primary season to make their case. But if it's all for show, they won't get to make their case. At least on the R side, it's a real race.
I'm don't know but I am sure this candidate will suck just as much as what the wacko right is putting up. We are screwed.

The first two for sure, the third might be reason for celebration.
We need Jon Huntsman to flip to Democrat. But in all honesty the only chance a Democrat has would be to come out as a strong 2nd Amendment supporter. They will lose the White House over gun right alone.
I'm a life-long Democrat and I have to say I'm not terribly thrilled with Hilary. However, when compared to all the other yahoos who have announced so far she's the walk-off choice. That bunch of idiots currently announced as Republican candidates, just awful. I've seen better heads on domestic beers. I mean jesus christ repubs, you gotta have somebody better out there, don't you? Maybe not. And the other proposed Dem candidates are just as bad.

I completely understand not liking the R candidates as a life long D. But how could you imagine them having a better field to represent their POV? The current R field perfectly represents that half of America. You and I aren't the target audience. Can you think of any R you would like who would be acceptable to the R voter too?
Sad that the OP uses one of his various handles to start this thread, and nobody even bothers to mention the sick start to it. You can dislike Joe Biden all you want for a bunch of reasons, but he buried a son after a long battle with cancer. It's a terrible thing for a father and a family to go through.

I love his folksy style where spins some Twainesque yarn to explain his minimum wage policy. Sounding like a child isn't his issue as I see it, even while acknowledging he has issues.
I absolutely disagree. Jeb is not electable. A fresh candidate is what is needed. Both sides.
