In the above highlight video, just prior to our last touchdown of the first half versus Maryland, CJ throws a pass to HKC. On the play DMX runs a wheel route and about 10 yards downfield gets absolutely crushed by a linebacker. Should there have been a penalty, possibly even targeting on this play? Just curious others thoughts even though it did not matter in the outcome and if not a personal foul would have been declined. It really seems like a cheap shot if nothing else.
