I say #2. It will depend on how far they drop OU.

#1, #3, #4, #5, #6, #7, #8 all lost this week

No way they drop OU behind us for a 2 point road loss and only their 2nd, nor should they. Will jump SMU, Maryland for sure, Probably WVU and Xavier, Maybe Villanova. Don't know about Kansas. I'll say 4/5

I predicted #3 earlier and Villanova promptly helped me and lost. I don't see #2 UNC losing to V Tech though. So 3.

Top five will do for now. Then take care of business against the turtles and start thinkin' 18-0. Why not? With a Maryland win, Iowa would be 8-0 having swept Purdue and MSU and having beaten preseason favorite MD on its home floor. If football could do it, why not basketball?

OU might stay #1 even though UNC won. Not saying we will be #3, but I don't see any reason we shouldn't

I was going to say #6, but with the 'Nova loss, I'll go with #5.

Never thought this team would be 7-0 at this point in the season, they really seem to have put things together quite well. GO HAWKS!

It's going to be #3 or #4. Everyone in front of us lost except UNC and West Virginia. Oklahoma will likely stay in front and North Carolina. We're #3 if we pass WV, who had a close win over Texas Tech, and #4 if we stay behind them.

Iowa will be either #3 or #4 depending on if we jump Kansas or not. North Carolina and Oklahoma will be 1and 2.
