How good was Libby Fandel?
Doesn’t look like we were ever in play? Not an issue and I didn’t even know of her but it’s seems we are starting to produce quite a few nationally ranked WBBers and some are going elsewhere. I almost feel bad for ISU, if these girls don’t come to Iow ma they seemingly leave the state entirely

Doesn’t shock me in the least. Stacy was insufferable 35 years ago when she played in HS.

Over on the other board, someone stated that during the Johnston semi-final game a TV announcer brought up Jenica Lewis's recruitment. They said that ND was her fav currently. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
Jeff Linder also put out an article just a few days ago. He didn't dig into David Eickholt's crystal ball prediction with her or at least didn't report on it here.

Good player, but the interest wasn't there with the level Iowa has been bringing in lately. Seems like a player that benefits from being taller than those around her, so it'll be interesting to see how she does again those with similar size. Reminds me quite a bit of Gyamfi.

St Albert CB prevailed over Newell-Fonda by 3 pts in 2OT.
Fonda has been in title game 7 of last 8 years.
Now 4-3 in those games.

I like the part where Newell-Fonda lost.
But also congrats to the Saintes for bringing the city of Council Bluffs it's first ever girls basketball State Championship.
