I really have no way of determining whether this is a fake or not...but I certainly would not be surprised to find out that it was a real occurrence. Because...people.

Especially some of the "Barney Fife's" that are in charge of HOA's.

With all the stories I've heard about HOA's in the past I would not be surprised if it was real.

No legit "HOA" signs something "HOA committee".
It's an HOA Board. That's nonsense from some pissed off resident/neighbor posing as an "HOA committee"

Not signed, no HOA name, not on any type of letterhead. Clickbait
