The last time I worked in an office was in 2012. It was a cube farm with 50 people.

I got sick 3 times in 9 months. It was a germ factory. Putrid.

I haven't been sick that many times since then.

Depends on the people, and depends how they’re incentivized.

Our entire office was WFM for years, even going through various staff cuts.

Maybe some other businesses suck, but in my personal experience there is no way you can say productivity decreased.
